This alloy has the following properties:
High saturation magnetic induction soft magnetic 1J50 ferronickel alloy is a kind of nickel alloy with 45-55% content, showing relatively good initial permeability and high saturation induction strength. The saturation induction value of 1J50 is about 1.55t, and it has the highest saturation induction value in ferronickel alloy. High magnetic properties can be obtained by low temperature annealing. After the final heat treatment, it has obvious cubic crystal structure, its hysteresis loop is almost rectangular, and its remanence is as high as 1.5T.
Metallographic structure of 1J50:
1J50 alloy is austenitic
The application fields of 1J50 include:
1. All kinds of transformers, relays, electromagnetic clutches, chokes and cores, pole shoes, earphone diaphragms, relay parts for earth leakage circuit breakers, gas safety valves, magnetic shielding, gyroscopes, automatic synchronous motors, micromotors for electronic meters used in medium magnetic fields
