This alloy has the following properties:
GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel base anti-oxidation alloy, which has high plasticity and medium thermal strength under 900 ℃, excellent anti-oxidation and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing the main combustion chamber and afterburner parts, heat shield, guide vanes, etc. of aeroengine working under 900 ℃ for a long time
Metallographic structure of GH3044:
After solid solution at 1200 ℃, GH3044 is basically single-phase austenite and a small amount of MC and M23C6 carbides
Application fields of GH3044 include:
1. The alloy is used to make plate stamping and welding structural parts, installation edge, guide tube, guide vane and other parts of the combustion chamber and afterburner of aeroengine
2. Other high-temperature components requiring oxidation resistance but with small load under 1100 ℃
