This alloy has the following properties:
80ni-20cr solid solution strengthened superalloy has simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity under 800 ℃, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process properties. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and its structure is stable in use

GH3030 alloy is single-phase austenite structure with a small amount of tic and Ti (CN) between them
Application fields of GH3030 include:
1. It is mainly used for combustion chamber components of turbo engine working below 800 ℃
2. Other high-temperature components requiring oxidation resistance but with small load under 1100 ℃
3. It is used for making movable burning frame in enamel furnace
